aniazija the left frontal sinus

The doctor, on the basis of a roentgen of nasal sinuses to me have diagnosed " aniazija the left frontal sinus ". Further have written, that a pneumatization of sinuses in norm or rate. What would it mean? The therapist has told or said, that does not know a word "aniazija".. There is something conformable? Though it is written it is legible enough. Special complaints to state of health like would be not present (while). Thanks.
