Strong sharp pain in a lumbar department of a backbone with feedback in the left leg or foot. What is it can be?
The pain has begun unexpectedly and very strongly it is impossible to attack the left leg or foot. MRT has shown otsutsvie hernias. (suspicion on an inflammation of a nerve or it or him zastuzhenie).

Hello!
The most probable variant in this case is ljumboishiaz (a lumbosacral radiculitis at a level of roots LIV-SIII) which is shown by radicular pains with irradiatsiej on a sciatic nerve and its or his branches. Absence of a hernia of a disk on MRT does not reject this diagnosis.

Usually treatment has complex character and includes: NPVP, vitamins of group In, LFK, a physiotherapy. More concrete references can be given only after internal survey.
