Help or assist, please, yesterday has made magnitno a resonant tomography, and to me have written the conclusion: an osteochondrosis pojasnichno-kresttsovogo a department, a hernia of disk L4-5, dystrophia M-TS of the lumbar area, plural superficial hernias SHmorlja (3 4 ml). How you this all prokomentiruete? All is bad???? What to me to do or make? To itself to address??? What references???? In advance many thanks!
