The dear doctor, some years with me there are night giddinesses, approximately time three in a year. And often dreams thus, that I am on the bridge. The head does not hurt, the nausea and is not present a vomiting, I can independently rise, but sensation extremely unpleasant. Sometimes the giddiness passes or takes place itself in some minutes: it is enough to sit at light. However happens and so what to be rescueed or saved it is possible only cold douche. Perhaps, it is possible to connect it with fatigue on the eve, but not always. What would you advise? Thanks.
