Dear experts good afternoon!
To me 32 years. I live in Israel.
At walking at me arise:
1) (sometimes) pains in the bottom part of a back or in breeches;
2) constant delicacy in legs or foots;
The presumable diagnosis: SPINAL STENOSIS LUMBAR - Y17170.
Treatment is offered: 3 nyxes in a backbone - EPIDURAL BLOCK
If will not help or assist, operation on expansion of the channel of a backbone (in district L4-L5).
It would be desirable to receive kvalifitsirvannuju consultation: 1. How much effectively and safely this treatment and operation?
2. Probably there are other methods of treatment?
Thankful in advance for your answer.

Dr. Shnyder. Israel.

The diagnosis of a spinal stenosis at a lumbar level is established or installed by means of a computer tomography or better) MRT (MRI). At megalgias in a backbone or in a leg or foot make blockade, including epidural (these techniques carry out in mirpaat keev). Operation of decompression make at presence of delicacy in the bottom extremities i/or at presence of disturbances tazovyh functions (emiction). Physiotherapeutic methods of treatment, including a mud of the Dead Sea (if there are no contraindications) are possible or probable also. I advise internally to consult with the neurologist or the neurosurgeon. Yours faithfully, dr. Shnyder.
