The patient age 71 year, the man.
Please, help or assist to decipher the cardiogram and to specify the diagnosis. Whether there are enough disturbances on kardiagramme to recommend AKSH (certainly after koronografii) or obvious indicatings on necessity AKSH are not present? In the anamnesis in 1995 g an infarct, in July 2006, suspicion on the second infarct, an ischemic heart disease, a stenocardia, a hypertensia.
Prompt also, please the link or still or even what materials can be esteemed in Russian about Parsonnet Index (a parameter constructed on generalization of data about risk factors and allowing to prognosticate outcomes AKSH).

Applications: an electrocardiogram (the beginning and the termination or ending), the report of an echocardiography,
Still is holter and other data.
