ATTENTION! Happens...
And happens here that, I sit - has overworked, did not eat where that about 5 hours, drank tea. I light or smoke a cigarette - And that has suddenly begun that terrible, the head has strongly begun to spin, arms or hand have started to grow cold and legs or foots - I enter into a stupor.. In zhevote was such impressions that at me of 10 kg of cement - terrible gravity - pains were not. Has eaten - like it became better, and the head has then begun to spin and it proceeded where that 1 hour after meal.. WHAT IS IT the DOCTOR??? (I smoke where that years 6 - such never was, opposite if smoked on a hungry stomach - appetite vanished, and here.. It is a stomach or heart or vessels??? To me of 25 years.
