Shortage of air

On February, 23rd, 2003 at night podskachilo pressure 170/100 mnogovato for me. To me of 20 years. And pressure continued to skip 120-150 was treated but diagnoses certain has not heard as all analyses in norm or rate the doctor has told or said most likely nerves but I do not conduct a nervous life. In couple of weeks the first time has felt shortage of air (time or temporary) then it began to repeat even more often and more strongly. strashnovato certainly. Already pressure like by itself was normalized, but happens raises or increases in air nehvataet almost constantly. Advise that nibud and I not that do not undertake that on tamu that I do not know what is it.
