On August, 20th 2005 we have taken away our son from a children's summer garden, settlement Vyritsa, of SPb.
Its or His skin was in strong raschesah, red points and dry. The face was rather pure. According to the child in group there was a boy who was strongly scratched. Doctors in a children's out-patient department have diagnosed a clinical scabies (later doctors of hospital of Botkin, the professor of hospital Mechnikova have told or said, that scabieses are not present, and was not). Have appointed or nominated treatment Spregal. After two processings with an interval in a week, the skin became much purer or cleaner, but at this time all members of family have felt an itch and a rash of red points on a body. Have made a coprocessing of all members of family Spregalem and with change natelnogo and bed-clothes (3 times) gave time or temporary improvements. During 1-st processing adults (the child slept) observed an output or exit from under a skin of larvas, length 4 and thickness 1., a head of dark color, the trunk of white color segmented on each segment didymous hooks, a tail pointed, dark with hooks. Doctors in paid out-patient departments of anything certain have not told or said. After 1,5 months the father has felt following displays:
1. In fingers of arms or hand it is felt: prickings, have appeared light strips and points under a skin, and also "scratchs", but the external surface of a skin is not damaged or injured.
2. It is felt prickings in opinion of, have swelled up veki. At reception 400 nemozola (antigelmintnoe) the tumour in centuries or blepharons was going to and has started to move, vision, sparks, strips periodically worsens in opinion of.
3. The Periodic pain in lymphonoduses (pricking).
4. In places of an itch the lump thin (under a microscope augmentation 50) "nitok" which move often is observed.
On October, 2nd the finger was spontaneously left with a nodule, by treating in a microscope of 2 thin worms: round, a caudal part smoothly utonchaetsja, in several places are wrapped spirally up or spirally turned, the head part more thickly, in detail is not visible (few or not enough;poorly augmentation) length approximately 30, thickness 0,3.
On October, 4th after cleaning a teeth and expectorations, in a concha have found out a larva, which described earlier. In parasitologic laboratory have answered: the delivered material is not the parasite since such samples at them are not present. A larva have not returned. Have referred that it or her, literally: have broken, searched in her of an itch mite.
We assume, that the originator of disease a thready worm.
If who is familiar with this disease, has the same signs, will undertake treatment, can help or assist to get ditrazina Citras, dietilkarbamazin.
