Worm at the child

Have been very surprised, when at the kid (age 1, 5 years) have found out a worm - length nearby 8 see, diameter 1, 5 mm., white color. Advise, please, as most safely of them to get rid, and how much or as far as it is characteristic for children of such age. Thankful in advance.

Most likely it is an ascaride. Hand over the analysis of a feces on I/helminths or carry the parasite in laboratory. Be then defined or determined with treatment.
