TSefotaksim is not the best antibiotic for treatment of the Staphylococcal infection. This antibiotic has very small activity against the Staphilococcus. The most effective are such antibiotics as Flukloksatsillin, Dikloksatsillin, Kefzolum. If is available Metitsilin Refractory or Resistant Staf then treatment is absolutely another. Thus as pokaano v/in introduction of antibiotics as at v/the m introduction is not reached or achieved the maximal concentration of an antibiotic in a blood.
