Compatibility of Vitamins and Sunburn

Prompt, please. To me have registered to prick vitamin 12. How it can affect or influence my organism if I in parallel go to a sun deck? And in general, what vitamins are compatible to reception of solar baths, both natural, and artificial and what are not present?
