Have noticed it one year ago, but did not give value or meaning;importance. An itch, anything net-it is simple maculae. Most likely it is connected with expansion kappiljarnoj networks of a skin - i.e. in one places kappiljary are located more close to a surface than in others, therefore under temperature influence they extend and are more visible than other sites.
