Respond, please: the young man (27 years) since spring till late autumn after street has on both parties or sides of brushes of arms or hand red maculae increasing or enlarged gradually, start to hurt or be ill;be sick, after a while without the sun all passes or takes place. Now he before each output or exit on street is smeared with a protective cream from the sun (protection 20 and 45) and then all calms down or is abirritated but if he will stay in the street more usual all again appears. Tell or say to itself it is possible to address for the help? Thanks!
