The dear doctor! Approximately one month ago I on a skin of both arms or hand between an elbow and a wrist had brown maculae (more likely auras, tk. Inside these maculae normal color) 3-4 see Maculae increase or are enlarged by diameter. To me 41 years, a swarty skin, pigmentations never was. In it or this to year I did not sunbathe. Inflammatory diseases are not present. Really it is age?
