At me on legs or foots (hardly above stops) have appeared red points (on a kind as fine freckles, 1 mm there is less), a skin in these places hardly convex. On an allergy of not similar, any unpleasant sensations is not present. You could not define or determine, what is it and (if it is possible or probable) what to use for treatment.

By the description, probably it is a vasculitis (an inflammation of blood vessels). In each concrete case treatment is appointed or nominated individually. Address to the dermatologist.
