Hello.
At all I do not know to what doctor will address with such question. I shall try or taste to you.
To me of 18 years.
Whether can be such, what after a staining hair have ceased to grow, or were very strongly slowed down in body height? For 5 weeks (by the painted over part of the dropped out hair) they have grown millimeter on 3 4. And on so much they have grown for the first 2 weeks, and then have stopped in body height.
