Good afternoon. Votpros: here 2 years on the face (territorially the nose, it is a little under eyes) the skin constantly becomes covered by the keratosic layer. On time it has approximately coincided with time of treatment for a genyantritis (punctures). Prompt what is it can be and how to treat. Thanks
