Hello. The last 3 winters are observed a following picture: as soon as colds begin, the skin on arms or hand all over again reddens, then starts to be shelled, then appear a little vzdutye maculae. All this is shown without dependence from temperature, even in an apartment. Goose Adeps and simple creams for arms or hand do not help or assist. What to do or make?
