Daughters of 15 years. Recently in a collar zone there was an area in which skin is pulled together and it is possible to define or determine borders of this site to the touch. First this area had a rather dirty shade. The skin on this site is not scratched.
The daughter often bathes, earlier in current of 2 3 years was ill or sick with a neurodermite (localization - in an elbow and under a knee).
