Hello.

Anatomically the mammary gland has papilla, a circle around of a papilla which is called as an areola. Last often is painted by a pigment from light brown up to dark brown. Maculae or points inside or around of an areola are natural includings or incorporations of a pigment on a light background of a skin.
Allocation from lactiferous ducts specify development or manufacture of a secret (production of a mammary gland), connected with phases of a cycle, endocrine deviations or rejections in an organism of the woman, possible or probable presence of liquid educations (cysts) in a tissue of a mammary gland.
Certainly, it demands survey of the doctor- and additional diagnostic researches.
