The doctor, respond please: whether there can be an infected mastitis if there is no temperature and lymphonoduses in norm or rate - are not increased? Also what happens all over again - education of pus or rise in temperature?

Hello.

Absence of temperature yet is not a signal to absence or presence of inflammatory process. All depends on a susceptibility of an organism to inflammatory reaction.
It not an obligatory condition - simultaneous development of the inflammatory center and temperatures. Often happens, when precisely inflammatory the center is not defined or determined at survey, and the organism already reacts to introduction of an infection.
