Prevention of infections

Hello, I have undergone to violence 16 days ago, in 10 days after happened handed over all analyses on an infection, anything obnaruzhenno was not, only the raised or increased quantity or amount of leucocytes in a vagina. Advise, please, what or treatment to prevent infections which were not showed yet.
