Confusion with tablets!!!!

Greetings from intimal. At me here such problem has arisen, I do not know, if can, give, please advice or council.


I drink contraceptive tablets and always approximately at a time. But here I have gone to Russia and because of a difference in time, on arrival back to Canada I per day "lag behind", toest on Tuesday I drink a tablet of Monday. (I do not know, how it happens). It means, what at me completely all cycle has got off, and what additional protection is necessary at sex?
