Hydramnion

On 27 j to week ber-ti have made US and have found out a hydramnion though on 24 j to week on US kol-in waters was normal. All other parameters in norm or rate. Infections and zppp are not present. IZ-for what there is a hydramnion and than it is dangerous to the child?
