Endometriosis

To me of 40 years. In the spring to me have put the diagnosis-endometriosis of a uterus and a small polyp, did or made cleaning. After that monthly come irregularly (17 days, 28 days, 20 days....).
Tell or Say, please, what treatment should be spent in this case.
