It is a pity, that has passed or has taken place a lot of time, but let even for the following there will be this report.

The inoculation from a rubella, EVEN MADE DURING the PREGNANCY, is not the indication for its or her discontinuing.

And especially made one month prior to conception. In America the official reference to be protected 3 cycles after conception have lowered to 28 days. The reference is connected with the described case of infection WILD (not vaccinating!) a virus in 7 weeks after bacterination. Already on a background of pregnancy. Not always after an inoculation the intense immunity is formed, therefore it is necessary to be protected, check immunity and in case of a sufficient credit of protective antibodies - to become pregnant, differently the risk to catch a rubella during pregnancy remains same as at not imparted or vaccinated.

The vaccine though contains an alive virus, however in observations on one thousand is (more) than pregnant women, by which in early terms the inoculation has been made casually (America, Canada), has not been described any case of a syndrome of a congenital rubella. Pregnancy remains contraindication to bacterination by alive vaccines as the theoretical risk of 1,3 % remains (practically is not proved). But the inoculation made in early terms (before conception - it is not discussed at all, here problems are not present in general), is not the indication for discontinuing or even introduction of an immunoglobulin.

It is the official information from all accessible sources (the Management or Manual on immunoprofilaktike, Vidal, Privivka.ru, Centers for Disease Cntrol, practical references)

uf:)

Still often ask a question: whether it is possible to impart or inoculate the child in family of the pregnant woman and in general - whether it is possible to catch from imparted or vaccinated? To impart or inoculate it is possible, to catch it is impossible!

Typing error in pred. The report - *quot; In America.... 3 cycles after ?a?aO?n*quot; - 3 cycles after an inoculation certainly.
