Antibodies of a rubella

Hello! At me in a blood have found antibodies of a rubella 1:160. Now 7 week of pregnancy. I do not remember, that I was ill or sick with a rubella (mum too). When worked at school - 6 years ago did or made an inoculation (+). I peresdam a blood, but am a bad parameter? In the Internet has not found norm or rate. What do or make with such number? In advance thanks!

IgM Rubella-negative this question can be closed.
