I wish to ask - what day to consider or count in the first afternoon of a cycle:

Day of reception of the first tablet from packing or

The first day of a break of reception after the termination or discontinuance of reception of 21 tablets from packing.

And when the ovulation is theoretically possible or probable? For what day of a cycle - as it is usual on 14 or in another?

The ovulation is theoretically possible or probable when she was before reception of tablets. But in your case (for 2-nd month of reception) it is possible to not think of it or this.
