At inspection (on 26 week of pregnancy) at me have been found out diplokokki.

Whether necessarily it testifies to presence of a gonorrhea and how it can affect or have an effect development of the child?

In your case I would recommend to spend inspection kulturalnym a method (crop) or PTSR, and a final conclusion about presence of an infection to do or make on the basis of results of these researches.
