Bacterial vaginosis before EKO

We prepare on EKO in the summer. In smear PTSR have found out a bacterial vaginosis. Tell or say, please, how much or as far as it dangerously, whether it is necessary to treat necessarily and whether will be local application of antibiotics enough?
