Dear Boris Aleksandrovich..

On a site of the Samara clinic of a reproduction I have found here such information

*quot; Possible or Probable variants of program EKO at women with lowered ovarialnym a reserve:

1) the Report with microdoses of agonists Gonadotropinum rilizing a hormone (GTRG) - flare the report.

2) Application of antagonists GTRG with Gonadotropinums.

3) Supressija low doses of agonists GTRG before stimulation by Gonadotropinums.

4) Carrying out auxiliary hetchinga.

5) Application of estrogens or oral contraceptives in a cycle previous stimulation by Gonadotropinums. *quot;

You could not respond

Puregon it is an agonist? If is not present, what preparations-agonists?

You could not result or bring examples of antagonists and Gonadotropinums?

WHAT can give reception of estrogens before the report?

And last question, whether you know what agonist of a hormone is femoden? (As the word meaning an agonist in this use is treated?)

Excuse for so much questions.

In advance many thanks.

No. Puregon concerns to group of Gonadotropinums.

Agonists GnRg it - Zoladeks, Dekapeptil, Buserelin, Ljupron...

You could not result or bring examples of antagonists

Orgalutran, TSitrotid

And Gonadotropinums?

Puregon, gonal-o, Menogon, Humegon...

WHAT can give reception of estrogens before the report?

If you my personal opinion - anything (at women with lowered ovarialnym a reserve) interests

And last question, whether you know what agonist of a hormone is femoden? (As the word meaning an agonist in this use is treated?)

The agonist on action, i.e. action has the unidirectional vector. Since it is a preparation consists of two making (estrogen and gestagena), its or his action agonistichno both to agonists GnRg, and antagonists GnRG since both those and others finally suppress production of Gonadotropinums.
