Tell or Say, please (it is possible or probable, this question is naive), whether has sense to count on natural pregnancy if parameters SG will not change at the repeated analysis?

If natural pregnancy is impossible, whether has sense to conceive dop. Inspection and treatment of the husband to improve parameters SG, or it is better to prepare at once to EKO (or IKSI?)
