In my sister (19 years) have found out a cyst of the left ovary 7 see At the further inspection it was found out, that the cyst is not attached (wandering) and at present to be above a uterus. Doctors suggest to perform urgent operation though analyses have not shown inflammatory process. We had some questions:
- Whether probably to avoid operation?
- If is not present, whether that it is possible to remove a cyst laporaskopicheski?
- What probability to have children after operation (dysfunctions of ovaries are not present)?
- What risk at pregnancy if a cyst to leave?
Thanks for the answer.

Education of appendages of a uterus (a tumour of an ovary or a uterine pipe) - is a subject to surgical excision. Performance of operation laparoskopicheski is possible or probable if there are no suspicions on malignant process. If the tumour good-quality - pregnancy is possible or probable.
