Hello!
The first child was born with illness or disease of the Down. Inspection at genetics has shown, has what is it occured or happened casually.
Now there is a second pregnancy - term of 20 weeks. From the very beginning of pregnancy the confinement to bed is registered. Two times laid in hospital on term of 4 5 weeks and 11 13 weeks. There were bleedings, the back hurted or was ill;was sick, pulled a stomach or belly. Inspection has shown amotio or detachment. Accepted djufaston till 20 weeks. The analysis has been handed over in 14 weeks wet on KS-17 = 20, 6 (is raised) or increased). The doctor has appointed or nominated Dexamethazonum 1/4 tab. 2/day. The status has improved.
1.) in 16 weeks AFP = 79, 12 (norm or rate 17 65), V-HG = 45 195, 0 (norm or rate 10 000 35 000). In 19 weeks AFP = 47, 88 (norm or rate 25 95), V-HG = 22572, 00 (norm or rate 10 000 35 000). In 16 and 20 weeks it is made by US in TSPSiR on the Sevastopol prospectus - doctors have told or said very well, in norm or rate.
Than such difference in analyses AFP and VHG is caused or called? Proceeding from all aforesaid - whether it is necessary to do or make amniotsentoz?
2.) up to and during pregnancy handed over smears on an infection - all purely or cleanly. During pregnancy on 19 week has handed over urine on an infection. Have found herpes and chronic koksaki And, Century What to do or make? Than to treat? Or it is obligatory to do or make abortion?
