I recently have started to accept vitamins of German firm Merts (for improvement of statuses of hair, fingernails or nails, etc.) After three days of reception at me have begun monthly for 4 days earlier, than usually. Whether it can be dangerous to an organism? Whether it is possible to accept vitamins further?
