Floor of year back I have put a spiral. This month I had a long delay with a menses, the menses very hardly has begun, there were 2 syncopes... Today I have found out the spiral...
Question: what to do or make? Whether it is possible to put a spiral again? What alternative agents are?

Hello! I would not recommend to use Naval Forces at present. Probably, through any time interval also it will be possible to return to them. On given mement it is possible to use condoms, spermitsidami, probably, oral contraceptives (after consultation of the doctor).
