If monthly have begun on August, 17th in 22 23 evenings (before a dream) - this day to consider or count in the first afternoon of a cycle or following (on August, 18th)? To Me it is important for learning or for finding out, as on 5 yj day to me appointed or nominated reception OK. To drink on August, 21st or 22?
