To me have diagnosed a link sided periadnexitis. What is it such as it is formed and how to treat? Whether it is possible to become pregnant at such diagnosis?

Dasha! This diagnosis means, that at you a link sided inflammation of appendages (a uterine pipe and an ovary). Treatment in absentia to appoint or nominate it is impossible. I think, what is it not a problem for your attending physician. Pregnancy at such diagnosis is not excluded.
