Today I am absolutely casual (here a silly woman - have forgotten, that is pregnant) have lifted a serious bucket with water (10 kg). Has then loafed about in the underground. While like nothing chustvuju, but I worry. When it is possible to tell or say, what is it all has passed or has taken place without consequences? Pregnancy of 15 weeks. Thanks.
