Hello!! CHto-something I can not understand, though read many times. The cycle is considered from first day and about day of offensive or approach of a menses? And about "dangerous" and "safe" days, there write, that from a short cycle subtract or deduct 18 days, and from long 10. At me digits 7 and 19 accordingly turn out. It means, what "safe" days since 1 day of a menses on 7 and with 19 on 29?? e. If I monthly have 6 days, only 1 "safe"?? Thanks.
