Hello! To me 32 years. In the past to year have diagnosed "adenomyosis", proceeding exclusively from the collected anamnesis:
1. Within 7 years constant megalgias in a bladder, connected with a menstrual cycle (before and during monthly weaken); a cystitis which is not reacting to medicines. Pains amplify and become intolerable after the sexual certificate or act, reception of alcohol (even in small doses), influences of a cold, cystoscopy.
2. Annual adnexites. ZPPP are excluded.
3.2 abortions (in 22 and 27 years). During last pregnancy of a pain have passed or have taken place.
4. After last abortion - sterility or barrenness. Children are not present.
However any researches this diagnosis does not prove to be true. It has been spent: 2 laparoscopies, a hysteroscopy, the hormonal screening, full inspection of kidneys and urinary ways. The diagnosis - a superficial cystitis. The rest in norm or rate. 7 monthly course of a hormonetherapy (nemestran, zoladeks) was accompanied by sharp intensifying of pains. At manualnom inspection the uterus is always painless, the condensed walls of a bladder are felt; hurt on the right, at the left; desires to an emiction.
What will advise?
