About three months ago has noticed, that before the beginning of a menses about 17 18 days begins the depression accompanied slezami-to live it would not be desirable, to itself it is opposite, crisis, very badly. I drink constantly valerjanku, but it is ineffectual.
Prompt why such status, and what it is possible to drink to muffle negative emotions these days?
