Uv. The doctor. At me a problem of excess weight, it would be desirable to dump or reset a little. A problem that I rise ochenn early and I have accordingly breakfast, I drink a lot of some green tea, sdaju odin-two oranges and a porridge on water without butter or oil, but in an hour or two me the attack of famine literally attacks and I eat a lot of salad basically from the Chinese cabbage on vegetable oil, a porridge on water, to pair or steam sasisok and, again, pair oranges. The dinner at me is soup, a small portion of the second more often, and I have supper more often vego in five, but not later than six. The supper very easy or light;mild, salad and yoghurt and is a lot of fruit. I am am excited most of all with a plentiful breakfast, whether not too it is a lot of?
