It is complex or difficult to describe the problem, but I shall try or taste. Many thanks for the help all who will respond.
The problem consists that having drunk a minimum tea for the night after 6 (eating something serious), for morning at me very or very much hurts intestine, stomach or belly firm and is felt constant desire to go to a toilet. To carry out desire it is not possible or probable, and the stomach or belly hurts and noet. Help or assist, what with me?
