You could not tell or say what color (normal) at a contained stomach. I have decided to make a gastric lavage - have drunk approximately 2. Waters also three fingers in a mouth. Color at contents was any pinkish. Whether speaks it about a bleeding?

Color of a contained stomach corresponds or meets to color of the eaten nutrition. Pink color can speak also about presence of a ulcer or damage mucous during a vomiting.
