To add askorbinku in house conservation it is not necessary. As the agent of vitaminization of a delivery such measure is not necessary, as at a heat treatment and storage vitamin C quickly decays. At conservation of the products rich with an oxalic acid and Sodium oxalatums (spinach, shchavel, a rhubard, a beet, a green string bean, a fig, a raspberry, etc.) with additional introduction ascorbic k-you sharply increase probability of development of a urolithiasis.
