Most likely, he is afraid. Will get used to the house - will cease. Never abuse it or him if he does or makes it in not put place. If goes to a toilet - praise. For the night carry it or him in a toilet, but do not hold there violently that he has not felt disgust for a toilet. It is possible to put in the evening also the second toilet near to a place where he sleeps. But the basic toilet do not transfer or carry, let costs or stands on the place that the kitten knew it or him.
