Have recommended cream Triderm two days in the morning and in the evening. Has temporarily helped or assisted, but later two weeks there was very plentiful smegma, and then - an inflammation. Tried or tasted Triderm already many times, but always later two 10 15 days there is an inflammation. Help or assist what to do or make?
