Obstructive bronchitis at children

At me at the child (2,5) have diagnosed an obstructive bronchitis, doctors make a helpless gesture, speak tell or say, thanks what not an asthma. We live only on inhalations daily. Tell or say as with it or this to struggle. Thanks everyone who will respond.
